Booking and Payment
You can book bus tickets through our Website. The ticket prices listed on the Website are inclusive of all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. The payment for the tickets can be made through various payment modes available on our Website.

Once you complete your booking, you will receive an sms/email confirmation of your booking. You are responsible for providing accurate information while making the booking, and we shall not be liable for any errors or mistakes made by you in the booking process.

Payment Failure
A transaction might fail for several reasons and your account/card might be debited without generating a ticket. If the amount is deducted from your account/card, we request you to call our customer care number to re-confirm the failed transaction before proceeding with a fresh transaction/booking. In case your Payment is deducted and you don’t get any ticket then please contact as soon as possible else Tourist Bus Association be any responsible for that and the failure transactions will refunded back to customer (Only on Nepali Bank). If there will be any problem with foreigner then please visit the operator office and get back your money.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the time of departure you have booked the bus ticket with. There will be 100% refund before 12 hour and no refund before 12 hour of departure of bus. We are not responsible for any cancellations or refunds of International Payment.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused to you in connection with your use of the Website or the purchase of bus tickets through the Website. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the content on the Website.

Indemnification
